We are now looking for a Regional Lead Nursea senior clinical leader who can operate across complex systems influence at pace and ensure clinical quality is consistently delivered across a diverse regional portfolio.

This is not a single-service leadership role.
You will operate at a regional and strategic level working across multiple services to ensure clinical practice is safe effective consistent and continuously improving.
You will work at the interface of clinical leadership operational delivery and system-wide partnershipsensuring services are aligned compliant and future-ready.
Who were looking for
Youre an experienced clinical leader who is confident operating beyond a single service.
You will bring:
- NMC registration with a current PIN
- Significant experience in senior clinical leadership roles within substance misuse health social care or related fields
- Strong understanding of clinical governance CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
- Experience leading teams and influencing across multi-site or regional services
- Confidence working with complex needs dual diagnosis and high-risk populations
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining connected to front-line delivery
- You are someone who can hold standards influence decisions and lead change.

The details
- *Salary: SCP 4853
- **Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent
- Expected start date: July 2026 (subject to notice periods)
- If your contractual base is in London you will also receive London Weighting in line with Change Grow Live policy.
Please note:*Salary is subject to review in line with the 2025/26 pay award.
**Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
What youll be doing
Lead clinical practice across a region
Youll provide senior clinical leadership across servicesensuring nursing practice is consistent high-quality and aligned to national standards and governance frameworks.
Drive quality safety and improvement
Youll oversee clinical audits performance and governanceensuring services meet CQC standards clinical best practice and continuous improvement expectations.
Shape and support service development
Youll work alongside senior leaders to develop new models of care support service mobilisation and contribute to bids and system growth.
Lead through complexity
Youll operate across multiple services teams and stakeholdersbalancing priorities navigating challenge and maintaining clinical oversight at scale.
Develop clinical capability
Youll support and supervise Lead Nurses and clinical teamsbuilding capability strengthening leadership and embedding a culture of learning and accountability.
Influence across systems
Youll build strong relationships with commissioners partners and stakeholders representing CGL clinically and shaping how services are delivered across the region.
