Job Summary
Team Overview and Job responsibilities:
We are looking for a PD Key Account Sales Manager to join our team.
Based in Sorocaba Brazil you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts on the energy segment (Utilities).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales to key customers/accounts (Utilities)
- Participate in plan definitions along with BU management goals strategies and sales policies subsidizing and supporting decisions with information and market data as well as analyzing and monitoring the results of plans and goals for the necessary adjustments ensuring the achievement of results.
- Carry out strategic planning with customers mapping target markets establishing growth plans and opportunities.
- Search for information for evaluating the competitions sales actions as well as prospecting various market information on the customers under their responsibility assessing risk and proposing changes that lead to the full implementation of commercial objectives.
- Responsible for conducting meetings and presentations on strategy commercial and/or operational matters with customers under his responsibility at the most diverse levels of relationship.
- Coordinate and manage sales activities prospecting business with customers in your portfolio proposals development of new applications along with the product application area to expand the product mix.
- Management of the activities in customers in its portfolio to analyze the performance of quotes orders stock presence of competitors and other information that contribute to the preparation of sales cycle planning and the continuous search for increased market share.
- Proactive management in the S&OP process with Forecast inputs and Backlog management ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing risks to the operation.
- Visits and meetings with all stakeholders and influencers of the customers.
- Adequate management of expenditure control keeping them within the limits of the approved budget.
- Prepare sales monitoring reports for your portfolio and recommend actions when necessary.
Who are we looking for
We are looking fora candidate with the following skills and motivations:
- Complete higher education (Engineering Administration and Economics).
- Desirable: MBA or Post Graduation
- Advanced English is required
- Experience in sales in the energy segment with a focus on GTD Utilities.
- Demonstrate administrative aptitude time management and the ability to multitask.
- Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with stressful circumstances.
- Accustomed to the management environment of daily KPIs of sales volume margin market share etc.
- Proactive and with excellent verbal and written communication skills interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Empathy and diversity in the management of its customers promoting the company at the most different levels of the customers organization.
- Work part-time at Home-office and available to visit customers and travel 50-70% of the time.
- Passion for learning and personal growth with a desire to grow and gain share in the customers under its responsibility
- Solid technical understanding of the sales process to support customers under your responsibility.
- This role requires a strong ownership driven (pull) profile capable of structuring activities proactively driving initiatives and continuously improving customer service innovation and operational excellence.
- Ability to use Excel Powerpoint Outlook. Power BI and Sales Force will be considered differentials.
