A leading design-focused architecture practice is looking to bring on a Project Architect to support the delivery of major multi-residential in Brisbane.

With a long-standing presence across Australia and New Zealand the studio is known for delivering large-scale residential and masterplanned projects that contribute to the growth of urban centres. The Brisbane team is currently working across projects moving into documentation and construction with a strong emphasis on coordination buildability and maintaining design quality through delivery.

Youll be stepping into a hands-on role within the delivery team working closely with consultants contractors and senior architects to keep projects progressing. This is a position where youll take ownership of coordination and documentation while ensuring projects are resolved and delivered to programme.

Role Overview

This role is suited to a Project Architect with experience particularly within multi-residential projectsmoving through delivery stages.

Youll be responsible for managing documentation coordinating consultants and supporting construction delivery ensuring projects transition smoothly from approvals through to completion. Its a practical delivery-led role suited to someone confident working across live projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage documentation and coordination across delivery stages
Work closely with consultants contractors and project stakeholders
Oversee technical resolution and maintain project momentum
Support construction phase delivery and respond to site queries
Ensure documentation is accurate coordinated and aligned with programme
Assist in maintaining design intent through delivery

Skills & Experience

Relevant architectural qualification (Bachelor or Master of Architecture)
5 years experience within an architectural practice
Proven experience delivering multi-residential or mixed-use projects
Strong capability across DA documentation and construction stages
Demonstrated ability to balance design intent with technical delivery
Advanced Revit proficiency
Strong communication consultant coordination and team leadership skills
