JobType: Full-time Permanent (37 hours MonFri flexible on-call)

About the Role Pivotal People is recruiting a Home Care Registered Manager for an award-winning charity supporting Rotherham carers for over 30 years. Twice rated Outstanding by CQC this organisation prioritises quality. As the Home Care Registered Manager youll lead domiciliary care services and a Day Centre ensuring regulatory compliance and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities of the Home Care Registered Manager

• Provide leadership for domiciliary care and Day Centre services
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and the Health & Social Care Act
• Manage care planning risk assessments and rota management
• Supervise staff manage performance and meet KPIs
• Collaborate with leadership and partners to deliver high-quality care

Skills and Experience Required as Registeredmanager

• 2 years as a registered Home Care Manager in domiciliary care
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Deep understanding of CQC regulations and the Health & Social Care Act
• Proven track record in care planning risk assessment and rota management
• Strong leadership performance management and engagement skills
• Clean driving licence and access to personal transport
