Experienced Property Manager required in Corsham to help manage residential portfolios: support landlords and tenants coordinate maintenance and deliver high service standards within a busy independent property company team environment locally.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join an independent property company in the Wiltshire area.

The role focuses on delivering high levels of service to landlords and tenants while supporting smooth day-to-day portfolio management and contractor coordination. You will work closely with the lettings team and build strong working relationships with clients and suppliers. This is a maternity cover role which may lead to a permanent role.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Acting as main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors
• Ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained
• Handling property issues and resolving queries promptly
• Supporting compliance and lettings procedures
• Liaising with the lettings team regarding property matters
• Building and maintaining contractor relationships
• Prioritising workload and managing deadlines

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential Property Management experience
• Strong understanding of lettings and property management procedures
• ARLA or related qualification beneficial
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good local area knowledge preferred
• Full UK driving licence required
