We are currently seeking aGraduate Rotational Program Pre-Sales Product Management & Project Deliveryto join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO) Italy!

We are looking for ahigh-potential graduateto join an18month rotational development programdesigned to provide endtoend exposure to our business and core operational processes.

The role sits within theVertiv Power Business Unit responsible for deliveringendtoend critical power solutionscovering the entire power train from the utility grid to the final load.

The portfolioincludes:

  • UninterruptiblePower Supply (UPS) systems
  • Criticalelectricalinfrastructure
  • Powerdistributionsolutions
  • Batterysystems and BESS
  • Busbarsandswitchgears

Owning the full powertrainenables Vertiv to guaranteehigh availability operational continuity and resilienceformissioncritical applications.

During the program the candidate will rotate acrossthree key functionsPre-Sales Product Management and Project Deliverygaining hands-on experience developing both technical and business skills and working closely with experienced professionals and key stakeholders.

At the end of the 18 monthscareer progression will be jointly evaluatedwith the candidateidentifyingthe best longterm placement based on performance interests and strengths within one of the three functions.

Program Structure (18 Months)

1. Pre-Sales (approximately 6 months)

  • Support technical and commercialpre-salesactivities
  • Analyze customer requirements and business needs
  • Contributeto the preparation of technical proposals presentations and demos
  • Assistthe sales team during customer meetings and solution discussions

2. Product Management (approximately6months)

  • Support product portfolio management activities
  • Conduct market customer and competitor analysis
  • Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and business cases
  • Collaborate with engineering sales and operations teams

3. Project Delivery (approximately6months)

  • Support planning and execution ofcustomeror internal projects
  • Assistin coordinating scope schedule cost and quality
  • Interact with customers vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Monitor project progress and support reporting activities

KeyResponsibilities

  • Actively learn and contribute across all program rotations
  • Collaboratewith cross-functional and potentially international teams
  • Support data analysis reporting and presentation preparation
  • Demonstrate curiosity ownership and a continuous improvement mindset

CandidateProfile

  • Bachelors orMasters degree in EngineeringPhisics STEM or related fields
  • Strong interest in technical-commercial roles and business processes
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellentcommunicationandteamworkabilities
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge ofadditionallanguages (such as Spanish German or French) is considered a plus
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel and gain international experience
  • Willingness to learn adapt and take on new challenges
