Job Summary:

As a District Account Manager you will play a key role in building and growing customer partnerships within an assigned geographic district. This position is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by managing existing accounts identifying new business opportunities and delivering high-quality customer this role you will partner closely with customers and internal teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives while consistently meeting customer needs and company goals.

• Manage client relationships by providing regular updates supporting contract negotiations onboarding and ensuring service expectations are met.

• Lead and support account staffing by overseeing recruitment training scheduling performance management and retention of highquality employees.

• Oversee operational and financial activities including budgeting payroll scheduling and authorization of accountrelated expenditures and resources.

• Ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Position Qualifications:

• Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Helps sustain client and employee retention.
• Manage branch operations to achieve profitability.
• Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
• Is organized self-disciplined technologically savvy compliant and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

Education/Experience:

• At least 18 years of age.

• Associates Degree

• 3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management

• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job as determined by the company.

• Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
