What Youll Need | Education and Experience Requirements: - Required Education: Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree) advanced degree preferred.
- Required Experience: 10 years of relevant experience 8 years as a People Leader
- Extensive experience in data engineering data architecture or largeâscale data platform development within complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to set functional strategy and translate longâterm objectives into executable plans and outcomes.
- Strong understanding of modern data technologies integration patterns and cloud or hybrid data architectures.
- Proven experience leading leaders and managing diverse technical teams at scale.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with executive stakeholders and influence crossâfunctional priorities.
- Expertise in budgeting operational planning and delivering results through disciplined execution.
