Position: Business Analyst (Loan Servicing)

Location: St Louis MO - Fully Onsite

Assignment: ASAP (Once Onboarding Clears) - 6/7/2027

Schedule: Monday Friday 8 AM 5 PM or 9 AM 6 PM

Pay Range: $32.07/HR Paid Weekly

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support loan servicing and account management functions within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data handling transactions and supporting customers while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process loan payments and advances.
• Perform system updates including address changes and auto-debit setup.
• Create payoff letters and auto-debit authorizations.
• Conduct loan research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support to customers and internal teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience reviewing loan or financial documents preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:

• Parking is not provided; garage parking is available at $8/day.
• Public transportation options (bus/metro) are available nearby.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
