RequiredQualifications
- Minimum 35 years of commercial litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department setting.
- Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings motions briefs interrogatories and other litigation documents.
- Strong legal research drafting and writing skills.
- Advanced organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple active matters track deadlines take ownership of work product and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting depositions including preparation scheduling exhibits and summarization.
- Prior experience in commercial litigation IP litigation or related complex litigation matters.
