Position Overview:

Novelis in Atlanta GA has an opportunity to participate in our hybrid summer 2026 internship. The team is seeking a Talent Acquisition intern that can join the team for approximately 12 Talent Acquisition Intern will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruiting process while also contributing to Talent Acquisition training tools and employer branding initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in Human Resources Recruiting or Business Operations.

Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Enrolled in an accredited 4-year University
• Must be a Junior or Senior
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills which are essential for interacting with all levels of the organization
• Experience using PowerPoint and Excel
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prefer students majoring in Business Management Human Resources Marketing Psychology or related studies
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
