Senior Security Advisor

We currently have anopportunity for a Senior Security Advisor to join our Downer Professional Services team they will play a key role inensuring compliance against the Defence Industry Security to our Director - Defence Industry Security Program youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Support the development and administration of DISP governance documentation and compliance initiatives.
• Lead and support Security Advisors in business-as-usual operations.
• Monitor workloads of Security Advisors and provide escalation as necessary.
• Support workforce planning and team capability development.
• Develop contribute and/or maintain enterprise security documentation including roadmaps plans processes procedures and internal security controls.

What Youll Bring

• Defence Security Officers accreditation (DS&VS) or ability to attain
• Security work experience
• Experience in a supervisor or team leader position.
• Working knowledge of security requirements within the Defence and National Security industries.
• Must hold a AGSVA security clearance.
