Role Responsibilities

- Develops and implements internal and external communication andpromotional strategies to expand Zen Educates market footprint.
- Partners with the Chief of Staff and Product team to develop positioningsales enablement and marketing materials for new app features and servicelaunches ensuring the sales team can credibly and effectively bring new
capabilities to market.
- Contributes to Zen Educate's strategic expansion into large multi-jurisdictioncharter networks;
- Identifies key targets develops tailored engagement approaches and informsgo-to-market strategy for high-priority segments.
- Reviews market data and customer feedback to develop recommendationsregarding new service offerings.
- Leads the development of sales enablement materials serving as the voice ofmarketing and sales in the creation of case studies one-pagers conferencecollateral and other customer-facing assets that support pipeline generationand conversion across Zen Educate's service lines.
- Designs and maintains sales training and knowledge management systems todrive the continued upskilling of the sales team building both core salescompetencies and deep product knowledge across Zen Educate's platformtalent solutions and evolving service offerings.
- Architects cross-functional collaboration frameworks between Sales SchoolSuccess and Educator Recruitment teams including standardizedcommunication flows status update protocols and shared operating modelsthat improve efficiency and partner outcomes.
- Mentors and coaches junior sales representatives providing structuredguidance to build fluency in Zen Educates value proposition and proficiency in selling across its service lines with a particular focus on accelerating ramptime and long-term rep development.
- Manages an active portfolio of charter school networks as an individualcontributor executing outbound outreach and relationship development withthe goal of converting prospects into signed Zen Educate partners.

Role Requirements

- 12 years of sales experience in a cross-border and / or global salesenvironment.
- Prior work experience in education or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience enabling credible peer-level dialogue with andsecuring buy-in from clients and stakeholders..
- Demonstrated understanding of the K-12 procurement cycle budgettimelines and the decision-making structures unique to public education.
- Entrepreneurial background or demonstrated experience thriving in a fast-paced high-agency startup environment with the ability to operate effectivelyamid ambiguity rapid growth and evolving priorities.
