What you will be doing:

  • Supervise the daily operations of In-Room Dining ensuring service excellence at all times
  • Lead coach and support the team to deliver Forbes 5-Star service standards
  • Ensure all orders are prepared delivered and presented accurately and on time
  • Monitor quality presentation and consistency of all food and beverage items
  • Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate closely with Culinary Stewarding and Front Office teams to ensure seamless service
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and support training and development of colleagues
  • Assist with scheduling payroll and administrative duties as required
  • Ensure cleanliness organization and maintenance of all In-Room Dining areas and equipment
  • Uphold all health safety and liquor regulations
  • Support inventory control ordering and cost management
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous Food & Beverage experience preferably in In-Room Dining or a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Passion for guest service and luxury hospitality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems (e.g. Micros) is an asset
  • Valid Serving It Right certification
