Job Summary
As the Accounting Technician at Honeycomb you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of the business ensuring timely processing and reporting of transactions.
What youre responsible for:
- Entering financial data: purchases expenses and other routine transactions.
- Monitoring accounts payable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments.
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations and account monitoring.
- Managing group and company wide intercompany transactions.
- Participating in month-end activities such as posting journal entries.
- Participating in improving accounting processes and implementing internal controls.
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have a bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field.
- You have 23 years of bookkeeping experience.
- You have strong knowledge of the full accounting cycle.
- You have high attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- You have excellent communication problem-solving abilities and a proactive self-driven mindset.
- You are bilingual in French and English.
