Temporary Sr. Integrated Project Manager

• Manage multiple offline and digital projects simultaneously from concept to delivery.
• Oversee print production projects including direct mail out-of-home (OOH) in-store displays magazine ads packaging and collateral ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules documentation and specifications as needed.
• Lead the communication of goals deliverables timelines and status updates to both the Agency and client teams.
• Identify potential roadblocks proactively recommend solutions and keep projects on track.
• Ensure final deliverables align with the Agency and clients vision budget and timeline.
• Foster strong relationships within the Agency and with clients setting clear expectations and ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Work closely with other Project Managers and the creative team to allocate resources effectively.
• Foster a collaborative and reliable work environment by ensuring clear and direct communication setting and managing expectations and proactively addressing challenges.

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years as a project manager in a full-service ad agency.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows including creative production (print digital and broadcast).
• Experience coordinating OOH advertising in-store displays brochures and other print campaigns is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp Ziflow Workfront Monday Asana etc.
• Exemplary follow-through and organizational skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing small to large-scale projects.
• Impeccable attention to detail with an emphasis on maintaining creative excellence.
• Problem-solving mindset ability to listen gather information evaluate the situation and make informed decisions.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field.

Pay Range: $43 an hour.  Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
