Job Summary
Were looking for a Revenue Growth & Strategy Lead to own the design execution and optimization of Reddits advertising incentives programs - one of our most important levers for driving revenue growth and shaping advertiser behavior. Youll lead the next phase of evolution for these programs as the business scales building systematic high-impact solutions that improve efficiency and unlock greater revenue potential.
This role is both strategic and operational sitting at the intersection of Sales Finance Accounting Legal and Product with direct access to senior leadership and will primarily own incentives while also jointly owning the monetization of Reddits premium reach Takeover products.
Location: Hybrid. Must be within commuting distance of a Reddit office (LA SF Chicago or New York) with a 1x/week in-office expectation.
Responsibilities:
- Incentives Strategy & Program Design: Design and evolve incentive programs that drive incremental revenue acquisition and retention. Establish clear frameworks for when and how incentives should be used - including eligibility targeting and guardrails - and partner with Sales leadership to ensure programs align with seller behavior and go-to-market priorities.
- End-to-End Program Management: Own planning timelines and cross-functional coordination across all incentive programs. Oversee intake review and approval workflows to ensure timely consistent execution. Set and maintain a clear operating cadence - including monthly reviews and quarterly planning - to track progress surface risks and drive accountability.
- Sales Rollout & Adoption: Ensure seamless rollout and adoption of incentive programs across sales teams. Simplify program structures and messaging so incentives are easy to understand and use in live deals while balancing flexibility with program discipline.
- Scalable Systems & Processes: Lead the development of a centralized incentives workflow including Salesforce integration. Standardize how incentives are created approved tracked and reported and identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce operational overhead.
- Governance & Controls: Define and enforce approval frameworks budget tracking and auditability across all incentive programs. Partner with Finance and Legal on compliance accounting treatment and risk mitigation. Improve visibility into incentive utilization and prevent budget leakage.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization: Define success metrics and measurement frameworks to assess incrementality and ROI. Analyze program performance identify improvement opportunities and continuously iterate on program design based on data and insights.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between Sales Finance Legal Product and RevOps on all incentive-related initiatives. Drive alignment on priorities and trade-offs and support leadership with clear reporting on incentive performance and investment.
- Premium Product Monetization: Support monetization of Reddits premium reach Takeover products by shaping pricing packaging and discounting frameworks that maximize revenue yield and market competitiveness. Partner cross-functionally to drive sell-through and operational rigor analyzing demand and performance refining rate cards and guardrails and ensuring consistent scalable execution for sales teams.
Qualifications:
- 6 years in strategy & operations sales operations management consulting finance or a related field
- 2 years of experience designing or operating incentive pricing or promotional programs that drive measurable business outcomes
- Proven track record of building and scaling cross-functional programs from the ground up
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking - able to translate ambiguous problems into clear frameworks build ROI models and derive insights from complex data sets
- Excellent program management skills with a track record of delivering complex multi-stakeholder initiatives on time
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders across Sales Finance Legal and Product
- Strong commercial judgment - able to evaluate incentive requests against ROI and guardrails and make disciplined decisions that protect revenue quality and margin
- Experience in digital advertising and Salesforce is preferred

Pay Transparency:
This job posting may span more than one career level.
In addition to base salary this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units and depending on the position offered it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base salary range for this position is:
$180200 - $252300 USD
