We are looking for a Service Channel Sales Engineer to support and grow our After Sales channel business across the CEE region with focus on Poland.
You will play a key role in strengthening relationships with partners developing channel strategies and driving sales growth through indirect channels making a real impact on our business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the After Sales Channel Strategy across the CEE region
- Manage and grow relationships with key channel partners
- Lead joint business planning and performance reviews based on KPIs
- Identify growth opportunities and improve channel performance
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate training and capability development for partners
Your Profile:
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in channel management indirect sales or business development
- Experience in multi-country or complex channel environments is an advantage
- Proven success in driving sales through indirect channels
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
- Good negotiation and contract management abilities
- Analytical mindset with a structured and proactive approach
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and regions
- Fluency in English
