Position Summary
The CASR Supervisor is responsible for managing bonded inventory and ensuring full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and TSA regulations.
This is a compliance-driven leadership role not a standard warehouse position. You will be accountable for the control security and documentation of international goods that must remain outside U.S. commerce until properly cleared.
We are looking for someone who can own the space lead a small team and operate with zero margin for error.
Reports To: Operations Manager
Schedule: 7-day operational coverage (replenishment) / 5-day administrative coverage
Availability: Must be flexible based on operational and flight schedules
Essential Functions
- Maintain strict chain of custody for bonded goods (alcohol tobacco international catering items)
- Serve as point of contact during CBP inspections and audits
- Ensure all compliance documentation and logs are accurate and audit-ready
- Verify seals on outbound catering units and trucks
- Manage inventory using FIFO/FEFO with high accuracy expectations
- Oversee secured high-value inventory areas
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies immediately
- Lead daily operations for a small team (receiving stocking replenishment)
- Train staff on CASR procedures and compliance standards
- Maintain a clean controlled and audit-ready environment at all times
- Support operational needs including driving a box truck as required

Requirements
- English proficiency required (safety documentation operational communication)
- 2 years of experience in logistics warehouse airline catering or regulated inventory environments
- Supervisory or leadership experience required
- Strong inventory control experience (receiving stocking replenishment)
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to work independently and manage operations without constant oversight
- Proficiency in Excel Word and inventory systems (ERP/WMS preferred)
- Valid Texas Drivers License required; box truck experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting stocking movement throughout shift)
- Ability to work in cold environments as needed
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be eligible for airport badging (SIDA clearance background check fingerprinting)
