Job Summary

The Operations Manageris responsible foroverseeing all aspects of field operations including leading the operations team coordinating with airlines and airport authorities and ensuring the implementation of operational procedures and addition to managing day-to-day operations this role is key in crisis management handlingemergenciesand disruptions in close collaboration with senior leadership. Continuous analysis and improvement of operational processes to increase overall efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the delivery of services for customer airlines and airportsin accordance withthe contract and within the agreed budget levelâ
  • Ensure safety and security policies and procedures arein accordance withall applicable standards setââ
  • Liaise with airline station managers airport operations managers handling agents Customs Immigration and Security officials and other airport stakeholdersâ
  • Manage local Recruiting and Staffing initiatives followingrecruitingand hiring policies and procedures and ensuring staffing levels aremaintainedto meet internal/external service level/quality assurance standardsâ
  • Monitor performance andtake action to correctany shortfallsâ
  • Collaborate with Senior leadership operational gapsirregularitiesand auditsââ
  • Guide and mentor the local teamâ
  • Investigate and report all accidents incidents and irregularities including work-related accidents/incidents passenger incidents involvingPrimeFlightemployees and property and/oraircraftdamageâ
  • Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations and laws as well as required security measuresâ
  • Promote and support workplace diversity initiativesâ
  • Assistand/or lead startup operations across all lines of businessâ
  • The ability to backfill open leadership positions during times of vacancyâ
  • Perform anyadditionalduties as assigned by managementââ

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to work in office onsite Monday-Fridayâ
  • 5 years of Leadership/Operational experience
  • Established leader in managinglarge teams
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of airport operational procedures and regulatory requirementsâ
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Must have a valid state-issued drivers license with an acceptable driving record
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading writing speaking)
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and through electronic means
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Travel requirement>75% travel between airport stations and for meetings
  • Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operationsâââ
