Job Description:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will monitor patient health administer medications and assist with daily living activities ensuring the comfort and safety of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure temperature pulse and respiration
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing and feeding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver excellent patient care
Qualifications:
Valid LPN license in Colorado
Experience in long-term care preferred
Strong clinical interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
