Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will monitor patient health administer medications and assist with daily living activities ensuring the comfort and safety of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure temperature pulse and respiration
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing and feeding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver excellent patient care
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in Colorado
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
