Receptionist

Wolfe Surgery Center has an immediate opening for a Full-time Receptionist in our West Des Moines Surgical Center. Early mornings are required for this position.

Responsibilities include:

Patient registrations and dismissals
Answering and transferring phone calls
Updating patient insurance and demographic information
Record preparation utilizing a fax machine
Collecting patient payments
Maintaining the patient process
Inventory management ordering supplies
Other duties as assigned.

Early Morning hours are required for this position.

Candidates should be patient service orientated have excellent communication skills pay close attention to details and be a team player. Basic computer skills and medical office experience strongly preferred.
