Senior Locum Occupational Therapist – Community OT

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its clients Community OT Team supporting Pathway 1 Reablement services in Wolverhampton. This is a shortterm opportunity focused on communitybased OT work to promote independence and reduce ongoing care needs.

What will your responsibilities be

• Deliver communitybased occupational therapy interventions within the reablement pathway
• Complete functional assessments to support safe discharge and prevent hospital admissions
• Promote independence through reablementfocused practice
• Review progress and recommend appropriate equipment adaptations and onward support
• Work collaboratively with reablement staff social care and partner agencies
• Ensure timely personcentred interventions aligned with Pathway 1 objectives

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• HCPC registration
• Significant experience incommunity OT and reablement
• Ability to work autonomously at a senior level
• Strong assessment review and careplanning skills
