About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale CRM transformation program within a leading healthcare and social services organization.
You will take over an ongoing program quickly assess its current state and drive alignment across multiple projects stakeholders and strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership strategic thinking and the ability to operate at executive level (C-level interaction).
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and coordinate multiple interdependent CRM-related projects
- Translate strategic objectives into a clear actionable roadmap
- Monitor and manage scope budget timeline and risks
- Ensure alignment between business goals and program execution
Governance & Decision-Making
- Establish and maintain a strong program governance framework
- Prepare and actively contribute to steering committees
- Define escalation paths and drive decision-making at executive level
- Ensure transparency through structured reporting and follow-up
Strategic Alignment & Business Architecture
- Align all initiatives with the long-term strategic vision
- Contribute to and validate business architecture and transformation goals
- Challenge business requests that conflict with long-term objectives
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams leadership and external partners
- Manage IT vendors ensuring quality delivery and contractual compliance
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
Change Management & Adoption
- Drive organizational change and user adoption
- Communicate program progress decisions and impact clearly
- Ensure the program delivers real business value not just technical outputs
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs ideally CRM-focused
- Strong expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics 365 SAP CX)
- Solid understanding of:
- Business process management
- Data & integrations (APIs middleware)
- Data governance & GDPR
- Experience in program governance budgeting and risk management
- Strong background in vendor and contract management
- Experience working with executive stakeholders (C-level)
Soft Skills
- Strategic thinker with strong business & IT alignment
- Excellent leadership coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong communication and influencing abilities
- High level of decision-making and accountability
- Politically aware and able to navigate complex environments
Languages
- Dutch: Native / Fluent (mandatory)
