Job Summary
Position Title: Registered Nurse Unit Manager (LTC)
Location: Falmouth ME 04105
Duration: 13 Weeks
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $60 $68/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM 3:00 PM)
- Hours: 8 hours per shift (40 hours/week)
- Overtime: Available
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RNUM) to lead clinical operations within a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care while providing leadership supervision and support to nursing staff.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams oversee care coordination and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a safe efficient and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate resident care in alignment with individualized care plans and facility policies
- Develop implement and evaluate care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with state and facility guidelines
- Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes
- Supervise and support RNs LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Conduct routine rounds and address resident and family concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelors degree preferred; Masters degree is a plus
Licensure & Certifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required
- COVID-19 Vaccination Required
Experience
- 02 years of RN experience preferred
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility strongly preferred
