Product Manager Tech, Alexa Ads

Amazon Publisher Monetization (APM) is driving the future of advertising across Amazons owned and operated properties. We maximize publisher value by delivering compelling ad experiences across video audio display and emerging formats. Our organization owns the end-to-end monetization strategy and execution for fourteen or more publisher properties including Prime Video Twitch Fire TV Alexa IMDb Amazon Business Physical Stores and Podcast Publishers.

We are seeking a results-driven and technically strong Senior Product Manager-Technical to drive key monetization initiatives on Alexa and Alexa that shape how advertisers engage with customers across Amazons advertising ecosystem. This product leader should have a track record of delivering complex product initiatives from concept to launch with measurable business impact.

Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager-Technical you will:

Execute on Product Strategy: Contribute to the product strategy and own the roadmap for specific monetization initiatives across Alexa publisher properties. Youll work backwards from advertiser and publisher needs to develop solutions that unlock new demand channels and grow revenue.
Drive Cross-Team Delivery: Own end-to-end product lifecycle management for your area partnering with engineering design and science teams to deliver advertising solutions on time and at quality.
Shape Advertiser Experience: Define product requirements and launch features that enable advertisers to reach customers across video audio and display inventory. Youll write detailed technical requirements for ad serving targeting measurement and reporting capabilities that meet advertiser objectives while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
Own Business Metrics: Drive key business metrics including advertiser adoption campaign performance fill rates and revenue growth for your product area. Youll build mechanisms to measure success identify optimization opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Navigate Technical Complexity: Partner with engineering teams to evaluate technology trade-offs assess emerging ad tech capabilities (including generative AI applications) and ensure solutions are scalable and performant. Youll need to understand ad serving architectures programmatic advertising systems and measurement frameworks.


- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 2 years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- 5 years of end to end product delivery experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
