Job Summary
Position is responsible for functioning as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities. May assist in the formulation of compensation objectives manpower goals performance management personnel policies and procedures.
Entry level professional position. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Builds collaborative working relationships internally and externally. Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position.
* Responsible for employee relations management consultation and/or benefit plan administration.
* Act as liaison for employees.
* May assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and their communication to the employees.
* May assist with the administration of the compensation system.
* May assist with the administration of benefit programs.
* Would be responsible for day-to-day specific P&C processes such as onboarding payroll coordination and off-boarding
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of benefit plans.
* Knowledge of management practices.
* Public speaking capabilities helpful.
* Good problem resolution skills.
* Excellent ability to handle conflict.
* Knowledge of employment laws.
* Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position - must be amenable to work onsite at the office and during NA hours (Manila night shift).
* May require additional project-specific training.
