Job Summary

This position is designed for a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience across Talent Acquisition People Operations Employee Experience Organizational Development and team leadership. You will serve as the main strategic partner for regional leadership ensuring that all peoplerelated processes run smoothly consistently and in alignment with global frameworks and company values.

As the Head of People & Culture you will oversee and guide the Business Partner team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all People operations in Mexico including payroll benefits recruitment onboarding offboarding and employee relations.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function ensuring efficient hiring practices and managing the recruiting team.
  • Supervise hiring and onboarding workflows including contract management document verification and delivery of a highquality onboarding experience.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including voluntary and involuntary exits and provide reporting and insights to leadership.
  • Drive Organizational Development initiatives such as performance cycles policy updates training programs and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Act as the senior HR contact for employees and leaders across the country.
  • Oversee HR Operations including documentation control inventory oversight and HR systems management.
  • Lead mentor and develop the HR team ensuring cultural alignment strong performance and ongoing professional growth.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR roles covering Talent Acquisition HR Operations and People Management.
  • Experience leading HR teams within multinational organizations (preferred).
  • Knowledge of benefits administration immigration processes and HR platforms (Personio is a plus).
  • Outstanding communication organizational and analytical skills.
