Job Responsibilities:
Execute and coordinate crossborder ground shipments ensuring timely pickup transit and delivery in line with customer requirements and service level agreements.
Provide proactive shipment visibility and customer communication responding to requests promptly and managing critical or highpriority loads with accuracy and urgency.
Manage daily interaction with carriers and vendors ensuring capacity availability tracking milestones and resolving operational issues that may impact service.
Monitor and control operational performance identifying risks such as delays or potential line stoppages and taking immediate corrective action.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders (commercial customer service procurement) to ensure smooth execution continuous improvement and consistent customer experience.
What Were Looking For:
3 years of experience in cross-border ground transportation operations preferably within freight forwarding or logistics companies.
Proven ability to manage high shipment volumes (ideally 300 cross-border shipments per month) in fastpaced environments.
Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage timecritical shipments and operational escalations.
Solid knowledge of cross-border execution including carrier coordination milestones tracking and service level management.
Conversational English proficiency with flexibility to support critical situations outside regular business hours when required.
