Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute and coordinate crossborder ground shipments ensuring timely pickup transit and delivery in line with customer requirements and service level agreements.

  • Provide proactive shipment visibility and customer communication responding to requests promptly and managing critical or highpriority loads with accuracy and urgency.

  • Manage daily interaction with carriers and vendors ensuring capacity availability tracking milestones and resolving operational issues that may impact service.

  • Monitor and control operational performance identifying risks such as delays or potential line stoppages and taking immediate corrective action.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders (commercial customer service procurement) to ensure smooth execution continuous improvement and consistent customer experience.

What Were Looking For:

  • 3 years of experience in cross-border ground transportation operations preferably within freight forwarding or logistics companies.

  • Proven ability to manage high shipment volumes (ideally 300 cross-border shipments per month) in fastpaced environments.

  • Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage timecritical shipments and operational escalations.

  • Solid knowledge of cross-border execution including carrier coordination milestones tracking and service level management.

  • Conversational English proficiency with flexibility to support critical situations outside regular business hours when required.
