This is a hands-on role managing day-to-day operations inspections maintenance and resident communication while supporting overall portfolio performance on behalf of a professional property and investment company.
The perfect candidate will report to the company directors and will need to be organised proactive and confident; managing multiple sites with the ability to build strong client relationships and maintain high service standards.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as an In House Property Manager:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a mixed property portfolio
- Conducting regular inspections and producing detailed reports
- Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders
- Ensuring full compliance with current property legislation and safety standards
- Supporting lettings activity including move-ins renewals and vacancies
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in residential lettings or property management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple properties and priorities
- Knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Ability to coordinate maintenance and manage contractors
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
- Professional qualifications (e.g. ARLA/Propertymark) or working towards desirable
