DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our software development and deployment processes. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement automated software deployment processes

- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Ansible Puppet or Chef

- Monitor and troubleshoot system and application performance and make recommendations for improvements

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of software and services

- Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve the overall efficiency and reliability of our systems

- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS or Azure

- Ensure the security and compliance of our systems and applications

- Document and maintain system configurations and processes

- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

- 3 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role

- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems

- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible Puppet or Chef

- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS Azure etc.)

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes etc.)

- Experience with scripting languages (Python Bash etc.)

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus ELK stack etc.)

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and work outside of regular business hours when needed
