Job Summary
A rapidly growing construction services organization is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead and expand its Northern California presence. This role will be based in the Bay Area and will oversee regional operations project execution team leadership and client development as the company continues its strong growth trajectory. The organization generated approximately $285M in revenue last year and is projected to reach $350M$450M this year creating significant opportunity for leadership impact and long-term advancement.
This position is ideal for a senior construction professional with a strong background in MEP-related construction whether from a subcontractor or general contractor environment. Candidates coming from the GC side will likely be operating at the Senior Project Manager Project Executive or similar leadership level and ready to step into a broader operational role. The Regional Vice President will be responsible for driving operational performance across the region mentoring project teams ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
In addition to operational oversight this role offers the opportunity to play an active part in business development and regional growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting client relationships helping secure new work and identifying opportunities to expand the companys presence throughout Northern California. Strong leadership communication and strategic planning skills are essential along with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
