Application Systems Analyst

Were looking for an Application Systems Analyst to join our Digital Innovation team and help keep our core applications reliable secure and future-ready! Youll play a pivotal role in keeping our critical systems running smoothly securely and intelligently supporting the work that impacts thousands of residents businesses and visitors every day.

About theRole

Youll provide specialist support and expertise across Councils core business applications and reporting environment. Your work will span operational support project delivery and innovation initiatives.

Youll be responsible for:

• Support and maintain Councils core applications to ensure systems run smoothly and securely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
• Assist with system upgrades projects data migrations and improvements including AIenabled solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders and vendors while managing daytoday support and project demands.

This position does require a Tertiary Qualifications in Information Technology Information Systems or similar and relevant experience supporting applications in a complex multi-site environment.

This is a Level 4 position which has a current salary of $94525 per annum (plus Super).
