Little Wing opened its doors in October 2009 bringing authentic (and delicious!) Naples-style pizzas to Northern Ireland. Since the opening of the flagship restaurant on Ann Street in Belfast the Little Wing family has grown with Little Wing Sliced at the Odyssey being our latest opening!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor (with a primary focus kitchen based) to join our team at Little Wing Sliced.

Lets break it down! What are we looking for

As a Supervisor at Sliced you will have a focus on providing direction and support to the kitchen team ensuring high standards of food presentation and excellent customer service levels are delivered and maintained at all times. You will work with the management team to lead the kitchen team maximise revenue manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the venue.

This is a full time position with flexiblilty required for evenings and weekend shifts.

We provide a performance bonus structure free pizza on shift and a company discount 20% off food in various outlets including Bullitt Hotel Little Wing Pizzeria The National and The Cloth Ear.

Lets break it down! What are we looking for

Essential Criteria

• 1 years experneince within a kitchen environment
• 6 months experience in a customer service role
• Proven track record of organisational skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza
• Strong customer focus

Desirable Criteria:

• 1 year supervisor experience.
• NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)

• Potential earnings of 29000 per annum plus bonus.
