Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking an Analyst to join our European Mining investment banking team in London which is a part of TDs Global Mining franchise. The London-based Mining team is primarily responsible for coverage of mining clients in Europe but also actively collaborates withglobal colleagues.

This role demands technical aptitude intellectual curiosity creativity an entrepreneurial spirit strong work ethic andteam-focused mindset.

Primary Responsibilities(Including but not limited to):

• Conduct financial modelling valuation analyses due diligence for M&A andcapital raisingtransactionswith increasing independence.

• Prepare marketing materials pitch books and client presentations.
• Research andanalyzeclients financialreporting industry and market dataand synthesize findings into clear actionable insights.
• Assistsenior team members with idea generation and in all phases of M&A transaction executionincluding ownership of discrete workstreams.

• Work proactively across multiple product groups and geographies.

• Monitor trends across the Mining sector to support in deal originationand pitching.

KeyQualificationsand Skills:

• 2:1 or above degree (or equivalent) university qualification

• At least 6 12 months of relevant work experiencein investment banking or a related field

• Experience in and / or knowledge of the Mining and / or Natural Resources sectors

• Demonstrated experience with relevant financial modelling and valuation work

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliverunder time pressure

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization including externalstakeholders

• Full alignment with TD Securities culture and approach to risk
