Job Summary

The Opportunity:

Avantor is looking for Associate administrative support whois responsible for the renewal and maintenance of customer service contracts in Ireland.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organise monitor and manage all service contract renewals for the Ireland region ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Proactively engage with customers by phone/email to initiate build up a relationship and progress the renewal process in line with contractual timelines. Ensure that the correct contact details for the contracts are in place each year updating them if necessary.
  • Create manage and maintain all renewal-related tickets and contracts within internal systems.
  • Liaise closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to review renewal terms commercial considerations and contract status.
  • Update and amend tickets and contracts as required following BDM review and throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Maintain the Contracts Forecast File ensuring all data and financial information is accurate current and available for reporting and planning purposes.
  • Ensure all contract-related work is scheduled on engineers schedules in advance of the contract start date to support service delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party vendor activities related to service contract obligations.
  • Forecast service contract revenue and contribute to financial planning and reporting processes.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the operational needs of the business.

Qualifications (Education Training & Experience)

  • Any finance background
  • Minimum 1 years of experience .

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

  • Third-level qualification in Business or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in an administrative coordination or customer service role is desirable.
  • Interest in contracts renewals and service operations; prior exposure is an advantage but not essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office particularly Excel; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive reliable and eager to learn with the ability to work as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
  • Self-starter proactive individual works on own initiative with minimum supervision

  • IT literate with current applications
