Our home is divided into several smaller houses where our staff really get know their residents allowing for a more personalised approach to the care we provide.

Role Overview:
- Leading our hospitality teams across catering housekeeping and laundry
- Creating a warm welcoming and high-quality environment for residents and visitors
- Delivering an exceptional mealtime experience that is person-centred and dignified
- Ensuring high standards in cleanliness food quality and presentation
- Managing rotas budgets stock and team performance
- Driving continuous improvement through resident feedback
Skill & Experience:
- Experience in hospitality management in a care home is desirable
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of food safety health & safety and compliance
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A caring positive and hands-on approach
