Job Summary
Manage and oversee vendor issue resolution processes ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Act as a communication bridge between customer operations and vendors to efficiently resolve escalations.
Monitor track and analyze claims data to detect trends and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance vendor performance and relationship management.
Generate and deliver regular reports and updates on issue status and resolution timelines to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or a related field.
02 years of experience in operations customer service vendor management or a similar role.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
