Job Summary
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the pest control team ensuring adherence to schedules and service agreements.
* Conduct regular inspections of client premises to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
* Ensure the safe and proper handling storage and application of pesticides in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of all pest control activities including inspections treatments and material usage.
* Train and mentor pest control technicians on best practices safety procedures and the proper use of equipment.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pest control treatments and make adjustments as needed.
* Prepare reports and documentation related to pest control activities for management review.
Qualifications
* Minimum of Diploma or Higher Secondary Education
* Minimum of 5 years experience in managing Pest Control Services in large Facilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant certifications in pest control are highly desirable.
