Role Overview: The client is seeking an Intermediate CRM Software Developer to support the development testing integration and sustainment of Siebel based CRM applications within an OPS financial services environment. The role focuses on translating technical specifications into tested CRM solutions supporting integrations reporting and ongoing operational support.
Must Have Requirements: - Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience (mandatory)
- 5 years of experience with Siebel technical configuration development and integration
- Experience working with Siebel IP18 or later versions
- Experience with Siebel Tools Web Templates and Open UI classes/methods
- Strong experience with HTML5 CSS JavaScript and jQuery
- Working knowledge of Siebel Open UI concepts (PM PR Manifest and Mapping files)
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross functional teams
Nice to Have: - Experience with Siebel test automation
- Experience with Public Sector Siebel modules
- Experience with Transfer Payments
- Knowledge of AODA / accessibility standards
- Experience with middleware and gateways
Key Responsibilities: - Translate technical system specifications into working tested CRM applications
- Develop detailed programming specifications and write clean maintainable code
- Perform unit testing debugging and technical documentation
- Support Siebel CRM integrations and reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues during development and production support
- Collaborate with business and IT teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Provide post implementation and operational support
- Participate in design walkthroughs and technical reviews
Evaluation Criteria: - Siebel Development Skills (40%)
- Report Development Skills (35%)
- Soft Skills & Communication (20%)
