Job Title: PLM Scrum Master (Medical Device)

Location: Westchester CA

Contract

Role Descriptions: Major Duties Responsibilities

Serve as a Scrum Master facilitating core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives

Coach the squad on pragmatic application of SAFe principles in a highly interdependent delivery focused environment

Support ARTlevel ceremonies such as PI Planning Inspect Adapt and System Demos

Act as a central coordination point between Product Analysts Technical Product Owners architects and delivery partners

Partner with Product Analysts and Technical Product Owners to ensure configuration work items are well defined with clear acceptance criteria

Maintain Jira plans delivery boards and execution metrics to ensure transparency

Leverage Confluence to document delivery plans assumptions and key decisions

Help manage risks and dependencies related to data quality system constraints and migration cutover activities

Enable effective collaboration between globally distributed team members and stakeholders

Qualifications

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or equivalent Agile certification

oAt least 3 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master

oAt least 1 year of experience supporting technical or product teams

oAt least 1 year of experience leading teams through a Product Increment (PI) cycle

Demonstrated understanding of Agile and SAFe principles and practices

Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence for Agile execution and reporting

Experience working with globally distributed teams

Strong facilitation communication and conflict-resolution skills Strong understanding and experience in software development lifecycle process (SDLC)Good understanding and practical application of generative and agentic AI

Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Experience working with PTC Windchill including configuration or enhancement work

Familiarity with PLM processes (e.g. Change Control lifecycle management)Experience in regulated or compliance driven environments (e.g. medical devices)
