Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format): Senior Technical Project Manager Customer Engagement Pega Team
- Support and manage delivery of ETS system capital initiatives for Customer Operations Electric Operations and Customer Energy Solution business partners.
- Lead end-to-end project execution: from conception design development testing to implementation of system enhancements and new applications.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings scrum ceremonies (standups grooming retrospectives) and status reporting.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation including progress reports and meeting minutes.
- Develop update and maintain project roadmaps and schedules in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Ensure adherence to operational standards quality assurance processes and Microsoft Azure DevOps protocols for project tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate activities and manage relationships across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee release planning prioritizing reliable and timely delivery of project value.
- Identify obstacles facilitate resolution and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor progress against milestones implement corrective actions and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Obtain senior management approval for major project plans budgets schedules and changes.
- Define project team roles set expectations and optimize resource utilization.
- Support team development by promoting accountability removing barriers and fostering growth opportunities.
- Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships ensuring contractual compliance and progress monitoring.
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Scrum DevOps SaFE) and tools to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding requirements plans and changes.
- Drive process improvement and reuse opportunities across ongoing and proposed projects.
- Lead and mentor IT project teams ensuring best practices and process adherence in collaboration with Scrum Master.
- Manage project risks issues stakeholder relationships and negotiate changes to commitments as needed.
- Leverage technical skills in Agile delivery API integration and cloud migration management.
- Promote excellence and facilitate knowledge transfer to minimize delivery impact.
Required Skills:
- Strong project management and software development methodology experience (Agile Waterfall Scrum SDLC DevOps SaFE).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading technical project teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient in documenting and communicating project progress and implementing corrective measures.
- Strong skills in Agile delivery API integration and cloud migration management.
- Nice to have: experience with both Agile & Waterfall project management.
