Assignment Details:

Pay Rate:
- $65/HR TO $72/HR
- Overtime: After 40 hours/week at $10/hour
- Holiday Rate: $10/hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist) for a 13-week contract at Eastern Montana Veterans Home. The ideal candidate will provide speech language and swallowing therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting helping patients improve communication and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate diagnose and treat speech language and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients families and caregivers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements:
- Active Montana Speech Therapist / SLP license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Experience in SNF or LTC settings preferred
