Job Summary

Title: Robot Maintenance Support
Location - Mountain View CA Onsite.
We have Total 20 Positions.

We are conducting Drive in Santa Clara CA HCL Office on Coming Saturday April 18 2026.

We have three Shifts- Where we are looking to hire candidates.

Here is the Shift

Night Shift from 10 PM to 6 AM PST (Mon to Fri)

Candidate are ready to work on Weekend shifts are;

1st Shift 6 AM PST to 2 PM PST

2nd Shift 2 PM PST to 10 PM PST

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Robot Maintenance & Technical Operations Specialist to ensure the operational health and maintenance of our advanced robotic fleet.
This role is unique requiring a combination of hands-on mechatronics expertise software development fundamentals and critical operational workflow management.
You will be instrumental in maintaining system integrity diagnosing complex issues and improving our fleet management processes.

Qualifications

Strong background in Mechatronics Robotics or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience in complex system maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to develop structured problem-solving and diagnostic workflows for complex multi-disciplinary systems.
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to data integrity and configuration management.
Proficiency in creating clear instructional technical documentation.
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting operational data to stakeholders (e.g. MBRs).
