Location: Austin TX OR SF Bay Area CA (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Developer with 2 5 years of hands-on experience to design configure and build scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform
The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners architects and delivery leads to deliver high quality ServiceNow implementations aligned to business needs and platform best practices.
Support testing deployment defect resolution and post production support
Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning estimation and reviews
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts

Skills:

2-5 years HANDS-ON development experience ServiceNow
Working in Agile environments
Develop configure and customize ServiceNow applications using out-of-the-box features and custom development
Build and maintain workflows business rules client scripts Script Includes UI actions and integrations
Configure and enhance core ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM based on engagement needs)
Participate in requirements analysis solution design and technical discussions with stakeholders
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices performance standards and upgrade safe design
