Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Device Test Engineer to join our team in developing life-changing diabetic monitoring this role you will ensure the safety and reliability of complex embedded systems that patients rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities
- System Testing: Execute manual and automated tests on embedded medical devices specifically focusing on diabetic monitoring systems.
- Software Validation: Validate code performance and system integration using C C# and C.
- Embedded Analysis: Debug and test firmware within an RTOS environment to ensure real-time responsiveness and stability.
- Compliance: Maintain rigorous documentation in alignment with medical device safety standards (e.g. ISO 13485 or IEC 62304).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 year of genuine professional experience in medical or embedded device testing.
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in C# and C.
- Domain Expertise: Direct experience with Embedded Systems and a solid understanding of hardware-software interfacing.
- Niche Knowledge: Prior experience or strong familiarity with Diabetic Device Monitoring (pumps CGMs etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems).
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
