Role Descriptions: Design and build agentic AI frameworks end to end including planning execution memory tool orchestration and evaluation (not limited to data preparation or tool integration)Engineer Databricks Lakehouse Medallion architectures (Bronze Silver Gold) using PySpark Spark SQL and Delta LakeDeliver ML ready datasets feature engineering pipelines and Feature Store implementations that unblock Data ScientistsOwn MLOps foundations using Azure ML and MLflow including training validation promotion monitoring and retraining orchestration
Integrate ML models and agentic AI workflows into production grade systems
Operate confidently in PHIPII regulated environments enforcing security governance and compliance
Scale delivery rapidly in a fast moving scale up environment
This role requires deep hands on Python development strong experience with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain LangGraph CrewAI or comparable custom implementations) and a proven record of delivering production AI systems in regulated enterprises.
