Job Summary

Position: Manager/ (Operational Excellence-Injectable )
Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies aligned with organizational goals for injectables.
- Champion Lean Six Sigma and other CI methodologies to optimize processes.
Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional projects to enhance productivity reduce waste and improve yield.
- Standardize best practices across manufacturing quality and supply chain functions.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure adherence to cGMP FDA EMA and other global regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to strengthen quality systems and audit readiness.
Performance Management
- Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
People & Culture
- Mentor and train teams on operational excellence tools and methodologies.
- Foster a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy Engineering or related field.
10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with at least 5 years in injectables.
