T&E Expense Analyst
Job Summary
The T&E Expense Analyst supports the organizations Travel & Expense (T&E) operations by reviewing employee expense reports providing day-to-day support to employees and contributing to accurate financial reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with company policies timely processing of expenses and high-quality employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate employee expense reports for accuracy completeness and compliance with company T&E policies.
Process expense reports promptly resolving discrepancies and policy exceptions.
Provide support to employees via chat and email regarding expense report submissions policy questions and system usage.
Act as the first point of contact for T&E-related inquiries ensuring a positive employee experience.
Support the expense-related aspects of the employee exit process ensuring all outstanding expenses are submitted reviewed and processed.
Contribute to continuous improvement of T&E processes and controls.

Education Required:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Relevant associate degree or equivalent work experience considered.
Experience:
Initial experience or internship in finance accounting shared services or expense management is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Experience with Concur is an asset.
Knowledge of Oversight or similar audit/monitoring tools is an asset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Outlook).
Familiarity with financial reporting and accrual concepts.
Soft Skills
Basic understanding of accounting or expense management principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills in English both written and spoken (min. B2).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to support employees professionally.
Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
