Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be mainly supporting technical related activities in managed service and others customers requirement
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be accountable for delivery professional and quality service which meet the customers expectation.
- Be responsible for maintenance start-up testing commissioning troubleshooting repairing and retrofitting of company product; power or monitoring management.
- Make companys brand as customers preferred choice as trusted business partner by delivering quality and service accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep up to date the knowledge and application of company products and services.
- Continually develop and improve himself as a service professional by self-analysis reading benchmarking against the best in the industry and practicing.
- Complete reporting documentation properly and provide to customer and local office upon.
- Attend customer meeting as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Engineering; Electrical or related field.
- Excellent knowledge in company product; power or management.
- Proficient in MS Office Excel
- Good communication skills in local and English language
